Refund Policy – Vastra Mantra

At Vastra Mantra, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the finest handloom and designer sarees. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sarees purchased during sale, clearance, or special discounts are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customized or altered sarees as per customer request cannot be refunded.

  • Slight variations in color due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution will not be considered as defects.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us.

  • Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
