Customized or pre-ordered sarees may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your purchase is placed successfully.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery (Within India): 4–7 business days (metro cities may receive faster delivery).

Express Delivery (Selected Locations): 2–4 business days (extra charges may apply).

International Shipping: Available to selected countries. Delivery timelines vary from 7–15 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges

Within India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal charge may apply for orders below this amount or for COD.

International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

You can track your order on the courier partner’s website until it reaches your doorstep.

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are correct at checkout.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.

All sarees are carefully packed before dispatch.

Vastra Mantra is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or uncontrollable events.
